Take part in the circular economy
with buy-back and recycling

Jiliti supports the circular economy and helps reduce waste by redistributing, reusing and recycling IT equipment.

In this way, we are helping to reduce our carbon footprint in Scope 3 (indirect emissions up and down the value chain: purchasing, transport and logistics, waste).

We collect our customers' IT equipment (racks, blades, memory, power supplies, hard disks or SSDs) which we then carefully dismantle and recondition, including erasing all data.

Financial upgrading

The IT equipment we collect is then recycled for new use in the form of reconditioned equipment or spare parts as part of our maintenance operations.

Jiliti has over 50,000 second-hand items in stock.

WEEE recycling with certificate

Our decommissioning process includes disassembly, careful sorting of the various components and WEEE-compliant destruction.

Jiliti can thus guarantee complete traceability of the treatment and produce a certificate attesting to the safe destruction of the equipment.

Project management

Jiliti has acquired its partner Computer Trade Service, a specialist in IT recycling, to offer its customers a complete range of integrated, simplified services covering the entire lifecycle of their IT equipment.

Our project managers will support you with standardized, secure procedures and fully controlled logistics.

Compliance with obligations
environmental regulations

Opting for refurbished computer servers enables compliance with the REEN law (law no. 2021-1485 of November 15, 2021), designed to limit the environmental footprint of digital technology. By promoting recycling and eco-design, this regulation encourages the reuse and recovery of IT equipment. Public procurement is already obliged to acquire a certain proportion of products that are reused, re-employed or incorporate recycled materials. For IT equipment, this obligation is 20% by 2024, and will gradually increase to 30% by 2030.

Beyond the regulatory aspect, more and more companies are voluntarily integrating environmental criteria into their calls for tender and purchasing procedures. Jiliti has also launched a responsible purchasing policy that imposes societal and environmental requirements on our suppliers.

Our determination to innovate and contribute to a future where economic success is synonymous with social and environmental responsibility has been rewarded with the EcoVadis Gold Medal (2024).
